jus ran after like in a long time and cant even finish 2.4km without walking. life has took a turn for the worst. months of hardwork have been cancelled out by 2 weeks of slacking and pantry scavenging in the office.
i need to resume the sunday run and eat less carbs :/ damn carbs are so tasty...
