Attempt to cook the viral KFC rice
Had lofty aspirations, what's so hard right? 2 pieces of KFC, 2 cups of rice, 1 tbsp of light soy sauce only...
Due to my lack of experience, I measured the rice using the indicator in the rice cooker pot.... Then randomly put water in until the indicator read 4.5... And BOOM
Soggy kfc rice.
Mixed feelings.
Verdict: rice was soggy and tasteless, and the chicken to rice ratio was way off.
At least my wife got a good laugh off of this. 😂
Will definitely try this again. With the correct measurements.
