Last post of the year!

k first up, summary of events that happened during the year:

• learned a new language
• made new friends in TEP
• won a couple of competitions
• became class rep
• managed my time pretty damn good

think thats all, but nonetheless good year.

finally, new year resolutions:

• must get C for sit and reach (very important)
• must get C for 2.4km (fairly important)
• get a really consistent form for archery and of course a score improvement
• higher GPA! (as always)

side note: read through all my past posts and realised... wow! i have changed, my past posts were like typed by a different person, another advantage of blogging is that can self entertain by reading past posts lol.

Cool new things:

new lock screen (nw is sliding de like iphone) nt my phone but similar.

two new games (a racing one and some physics game)

new colours available for menu

new widgets, there is one widget that merges the clock and date

menu changed too

it sld have lesser lag too lol.

i recommend the upgrade for ppl who dun like samsung's hold to unlock lock screen coz it took way too long to unlock.

oh and all ur apps have to be reinstalled meaning any saved games will be gone (ahhhhh my bejewelled!)

not coz they are hard and all, but is coz they are all held in lecture theatres.
the lecture theatre the seat not ergonomic one, the table so low and facing downwards summore, will make ur back damn pain when doing the paper, causing u to feel tired and sian even before the test starts, hate it!

went to watch 2012 today,
yishun cinema damn cui siaaaa,
screen so small,
seat so squeezy and shaky
and worst no air-con!

but 2012 not bad quite nice to watch,
quite alot of climaxes and reference to alot of movies,
including poseidon, titanic, and all the disaster movies,
whr alot of ppl die den got debate whether to save everyone or only the important guys.

one particular climax was ruined by jasmine,
when the arks langa each other,
she said: " this is wht happens when u build things in china"
sth similar, it ruined the climax!

overall rating of movie: 3.5/5

oh ya during the movie got unknown number sms me,
i thought was only one sms, den knn keep vibrating and vibrating nonstop,
was so irritating, i put inside my bag.


towards the end of the movie, i took out my phone and this was what i saw...

DUAL SHOCK!

have u ever turned a corner and see something that shocked u?

it happened to me twice today, one during law lecture and one on my way home...

law lecture
was tapping card den went back in, ky on the way out, he see me he jump!

on my way home
main story of this post, i was going into the void deck of my block, den while turning in, i see this uncle den i shocked and jump, he also shocked and jump, i know because from my view the whole world was shaking cept for him.

this is a bizarre incident, first time happen to be before, its always one guy jump nia, never before two guy jump at same time.

this leads me to the shock resistance, u see everyone has a certain resistance to shock, the higher ur shock resistance, the less chance of u jumping in fear.
so in the on my way home case, both me and the uncle had the same shock resistance, which is uber rare, coz shock resistance is almost like fingerprints, lose abit nia, not unique but rare to have same level.
which means me and the uncle damn lucky to have met another person who has the same shock resistance lvl.
cool huh!

oh ya and today, joanne, yt and 苹果 taught me about how to count and understand what bra size stands for.
the number is not that important they say, its the alphabet, because each alphabet is one inch or two inch i forgot.
pretty cool knowledge, yanting has taught me alot of things le now, pink panadol and bra size...

sian today over slept, woke up at 6.30 pressed away den i went deaf for 1 hr,
woke up again at 7.30, almost slept back den thought abt it... lecture starts at 8!
rushed to the main road to take cab...

Finally cross 3 sia, this sem must study harder to not make it fall coz now its like damn borderline 3, must make it 3.1 overall to be safe.

lots of people i wanna thank for my new increment of grades, namely mr lim for giving me A, mrs wendy wong for not giving C due to my horrendous lateness record (50mins ftw!), and last but not least, the drivers for bus 13 for coming in pairs and at random times causing me to be late some of the time.

and hor hor hor today must smart casual, i wore like shoes coz shoes>slippers and thought everything will be fine den see all wear jeans, jialat, heng gt 3 hrs break went home change and came back den rush rush rush for presentation preparations.

knn the printing shop no internet, make me run up and down twice to print bloody hard copy of the main page, ref page and summary. almost fell down like 小龙 during yr 1 sio, heng nv if not i will be wet or over, and i hate being wet all over!

This few weeks have been very busy because of the increased difficulty of the tutorials and the decreased time to do tutorials.
Have been getting used to doing tutorials on the day of the lecture, did my first tutorial during training on monday, not bad lol, gives me abit of free time at home to take naps and stuff.
and for my accounting people who read my blog, do biz acc tut 4 now since the lecture has been taught, den next week gt free time lol.
Today so carefree, took a nap den wake up eat le den do divider for my blog posts its the awesome rubber ducky floating divider! muhahahahhaahhaha!

Ah finally

I am finally 18!

To do list:
get driving liscense.
currently that's all.

I feel different upon reaching 18, its like looking back at my life, there are many regrets and do i want any more regrets in future? no! thats why i must change my lifestyle of doing things, from now onwards, i will do things differently as opposed to what i did before today. will i do what i just said? no!

but seriously, 18 marks a new beginning, like what yanting said, i was illegal but now i am finally legal, i am no longer the guy who sneaked in singapore by swimming in, no longer the guy who buy bets from bookies, no longer the guy who escaped out from the toilet window!

this sem has been a meaningful sem for me, even though only one week has passed, i feel that this sem will really be different, the tutorials are definitely getting harder, if i dun buck up and do the tutorials, i will get ganked by them one day and die, den will underlvl and soon will lose this game, life is not a game, cannot lose one, must do risk calculation, must plan my future.

i plan to work harder this sem, do tutorials asap, stop playing cs in class (lol), get higher score for archery mayb?

Lizards

I think the lizard population in Singapore is increasing sia, I see them everywhere, in my bathroom, in my room, in my living room, in school, inside boards, etc.

Then again, it may be cause they can sense the water level rising due to global warming or sth thats why they climb to higher ground... but that still doesn't explain why they are in the boards. i think its coz its damp a dry like a lizard habitat, what is a lizard habitat anyway, where do lizards live before all the buildings were built and stuff.

Oh ya, today go zheng hua work, fking tired, and my leg gt abrasion from phua chu kang boots. I SAW A FKING HUGE LIZARD ON THE BOARD WHILE SHUFFLING IT. ITS AS HUGE AS THE WIDTH OF THE FRAME OF THE BOARD (not counting the tail!).

just watched all (like this post because i did it all in a day!) five saw movies and i must admit, it is both interesting and disgusting to watch.

the scene which disgusted me the most was the cutting brain part in saw 3.

the scene which made me jump was the scene towards the end of saw 5 whr the lady survivor's hand appeared with the hook.

five stars for saw 1, 2 and 3, five stars for saw 4 and 5.

everyone should watch saw!
